I just realized none of my spotlight widgets work when clicking "Play" (not sure about the "Add" (to DVD) button since I don't have that subscription plan). Example widget is under the video: http://www.cineweekly.com/special-feature/111025-netflix-queueriosity-mad-monster-party.html

Firefox: Redirects straight to this page: http://movies.netflix.com/WiMessage?msg=51
Opera: Same ^^^
Safari: Same ^^^
Chrome: Displays the following in the Silverlight player "Internet Connection Problem Error Code: N806-152"
Internet Explorer: Plays normally.

Also, on EVERY browser if you hover over "Play" a blue box will appear that says "Add to Instant". If you click on it it will say: "Dvd Queue not allowed for your plan" Obviously this is meant to be added to an instant queue not a DVD queue. Any ideas on ANY of this? This is a huge problem for my site and I would appreciate any guesses.

Hmm I have both streaming and the dvd service on Netflix. It all displayed just fine for me. Worked too. Add to instant put it in my instant queue. I can't seem to play anything though. I get the error you mentioned. I haven't used the Netflix API so can't help you much, just confirming what you already know. It isn't just you either. I went to the Netflix website to generate a new spot light widget. I tried their widget and the same thing happens.

Thanks for confirming it. That at least comforts me. What browser are you using?

I'm trying to get a hold of one of the API developers but am not getting any response. Their help and forum are horrendous.

So I got ahold of one of the head guys of the Netflix API through his personal website and got him to take a look. All he said was he couldn't replicate the problem... Can more people confirm this problem for me or be able to help? I have nowhere else to turn and our site is suffering because of it.
