Everytime when I open Dreamweaver itself, open a file, close a file, I get the following error message:

While executing onLoadin Design Notes_onOpen.htm, the following JavaScript error(s) occured:

In file "Design Notes_onOpen":
onOpen is not defined

When I close Dreamweaver I get the following error message:

While executing onLoad in TeamAdminTempDelete.html, the following JavaScript error(s) occured:

In file "TeamAdminTempDelete":

delTempFile is not defined

Can anyone please tell me what is wrong and how to rectify it?
If I click on OK everything still works fine.

I have tried system retore but not successful

All help much appreciated

Do you actually have those files? It seems that there are some errors in them that need to be fixed. Why DW is telling you when you close I don't know. I haven't seen that before.

Thanks Aerospace but someone mailed me with a fix of the problem.

Somehow a file named WinFileCache-3012BA81.dat installed itself in the Dreamweaver configuration folder.

I deleted this file and it has got rid of the error messages.

I don't know what this file is or how it got there.
This could be handy info for anyone else who gets this problem

If this happens again go to

C:\Documents and Settings\(your username)\Application Data\Adobe\Dreamweaver CS4\en_US

May have to unhide hidden folders,

Close Dw,

find the configuration folder and rename it to Configuration-old

boot up Dreamweaver and it will automatically create a new config folder,

and gues what? Bobs your uncle

:P
