Spell check Javascript

hi, can anyone help me with spell check code.. i want to implement spell check inside a text-area and i want an inline code, i cannot call .js files .. if anyone can give me a solution for this i'd be very grateful..

i did find a code but im not sure how to use it in my html page

A spell checker requires a dictionary (of many thousands of words) and in any case cannot detect homophones ("my chequer tolled me sew") or words the in order incorrect.

I don't see this as practicable.
