IE unable to copy paste

hi

from yesterday, whenever i connect to internet, after 5 minutes of browsing, i have a message as "SVChost.exe has generated an erro and windows is closing it".

from that point, iam unable to copy paste any Webpage contents, uable to open any webpage links.

only able to print the documents.

what will be theproblem?

mine is win 2000 pro with IE 5.5

You have obviously been struck by the latest worm that's running through the internet. Fortunately for you it's not a very destructive worm.

Check your favorite anti-virus vendor's site for more information and to get an upgrade which will remove the worm.

Visit Windows Update to get the patch from MS which will protect your system against further infections from that worm.
