How to insert a lot of values(in wrong form) in database

Has anyone an Idea how I could convert or something this format so I could insert it into a database:

Id, Firstname, Lastname
1, John, Smith
2, Charles, Williams

Etc.
I've no idea how I should do this.

look up LOAD DATA INFILE in the manual.
