Wordpress plugins doesn't work

1) Project Details: (be as specific as possible): I can't get Post Ratings (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/post-ratings/) and WP-Paginate (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-paginate/) to work in Internet Explorer, Chrome and Safari (there is also a small problem in Firefox). I guess the issue is .css related but I'm not 100% sure.

2) Payment method/ details (Paypal, check? Timeline?): I prefer to pay with PayPal and I would be glad if this could be fixed within 1-2 days.
