Simple player for website

I dont know if i'm wrong when i say that YouTubes player sucks, and theirs forum is't that great either :)
I have also tried Googles embedded player, but i dont like the google logo that comes with.

So what i want/need and hope that someone here can help me out with is a player that is easy to set up, even for a noob like me. It does not matter if it plays the videos from YouTubes playlist or if the videos is placed on the webserver in a folder.
And if it is possible, to play the first video clip for like an week, then on to the next video in playlist/folder. Totally it will be like 5-6 videos

There are two players that come to mind: Flowplayer (http://flowplayer.org/) and JW Player (http://www.longtailvideo.com/players/jw-flv-player/).

Regarding to play the first movie for an week and so on, is that some heavy duty coding? I'm not able to do that by myself :(
