Basically, what does this mean?

I think your tables column in the database are not matching with the column name that you include in your c# coding page..I hope you understand.
For e.g---If you have a table::Student with column Student_ID and in the coding you are using StudentID may cause this error.

I don't see anything in there indicative of a SQL error...

@OP it looks like there is an issue with the path of your image or something... not ruling out that it is a SQL error like Panka said- but in essence this is an error message that is hard to debug w/o more info. how much personal/sensative info is in that button click? if it is "safe" to post on here post it might be able to tell you what problem is... if it is sensitive then I would suggest modifying your error handling to give yourself more info
