Upload problem

Hi,

I suddenly got a problem uploading my site: I used to upload my site with Frontpage, because then all new & modified files are uploaded to their respective folders with one simple click.
The problem is that all of a sudden, Frontpage doesn't except my server's password (nor does my site's folder in Network Locations), while SmartFTP and a web-based control panel I use do accept it.

So, my question is: can someone please tell me if I have to change some 'preferences' or something OR if there's a way to upload all new/modified files to their respective folders using SmartFTP or any other FTP software?

Well you could setup your PC folders (were you keep your stuff)
as you would your website folders. Then just use yoru ftp program to upload the one folder.

Like:

MySite
Images
Scripts


On your server

MySite
Images
Scripts

then just uplload and the folders and files will go in there respected areas.

You can use LeechFTP (it supports folder uploading)
You can use WS_FTP_LE (it supporst folder uploading)

The folders were already the same.
However, if I apply your method and use SmartFTP to upload an entire folder, I have to select all files in a particular folder, then start uploading and click on 'skip all' to skip the already existing files in the folders...

Is it easier with LeechFTP?

LeechFTP and WS_FTP_LE just overwrite the info already on the servers. Although Some servers dont allow a file to be overwritten.

LeechFTP is very easy I recomended it to alot of people
