Network Neighbourhood is missing.

On the 18/7/02 nethood as he was so effectionately known dissapered from the desktop area and is feared dead.
IF you have any information relating to the where-abouts of this individual post a reply now.

Win98/ME?

If you right click the desktop you can select whether or not it's visible - I think - otherwise I think you've got to re-install networking from the CD.

In device manager is your network card still installed and functioning properly?

Go to Control Panel > Networking is there stuff listed there?

Isn't there supposed to be a GUID entry in the registry?
