Site not scaling vertically

Cant figure out why my website isn't resizing when I scale the height of the browser window. It scales horizontally but not vertically.

It looks like you are using percentages correctly for the width of the site, but your heights are set in fixed px's... You would need to have at the very least a minimum height, and then a percentage height.

for instance:



#carousel { height: 30%; min-height: 200px; }

do you want the black and the gray areas to have liquid heights?
