Hi, I am looking for some place where I can download some .css files. Everywhere I search on the internet I get only websites that explain something and have a tiny bit of code. I need a few .css files which I can import into my project instantly. Please advice me about some websites that have full .css files available for donwloads. I only need to create some decent buttons, good textboxes and nice lablels. Please advice me where I should go and download file (and not code snippetts). Thanks in advance. Please help

Well, since a CSS stylerule is DIRECTLY related to elements in YOUR html code, not sure how you could incorporate someone else's CSS into your page content.

For example you have a div element that has an id of sidebarLeft. How would a premade CSS file know that element named sidebarLeft even exists.

WHy not learn on your own how to style a page. It's really not that hard and there are plenty of free online resourses.

hi teedoff, thank you. I will take care of the wiring. I am going to make new pages and that's what i need good .css files for. I am tired of lame examples that do nothing much. I know how to create styles. but good styles take long to create. And I need a lot of them.

Is there a place I can download .css files? Please help Thanks

I think TeedOff was right. There's not a repository for CSS files because they are specific to the website they were designed for. In the time it would take for you to learn all the classes in the CSS file, you'll be able to write your own styles.

I would suggest, if your good with sytles to just write your own.

Those are called CSS TEMPLATES/SNIPPETS.

you can just google "css button templates"
http://speckyboy.com/2011/04/15/25-css-snippets-for-some-of-the-most-common-and-frustrating-tasks/
http://speckyboy.com/2009/05/27/22-css-button-styling-tutorials-and-techniques/

or

you can just copy?
all html/css/javascript are viewable for every website.
right click on a webpage --> inspect element

works for chrome
firefox, install "firebug"
ie9, click on the settings --> developer tools (there's an ie7&8 emulator there too)
