I work for a major bank. Interested in developing a macro type program.

We use a program that checks number between many different screens. We check them against documents to make sure they are correct. I know that a program could be created to do this instead of a human. How do I go about getting someone to write a program to do this? Obviously they would have to know everything about this program. There's no reason a program can't be written for this.
