Hi. I am trying to use reCaptcha for a simple form and it's just not working out. I have successfully used it for another form and used that page as a template, but something has gone wrong. Please help.

<?php require_once('header.php');
require_once('recaptchalib.php');

$submitmsg = false;
if (isset($_REQUEST['submit'])) {
$privatekey = "my private key";
$resp = recaptcha_check_answer ($privatekey, $_SERVER["REMOTE_ADDR"], $_POST["recaptcha_challenge_field"], $_POST["recaptcha_response_field"]);
if (!$resp->is_valid) { // What happens when the CAPTCHA was entered incorrectly
echo "<p class=\"errormsg\">The verification text you entered is incorrect. Please try again.</p>";
}
else { // Your code here to handle a successful verification
$message = "";
$message.="Appointment Request\n";
$message.="----------------------------------\n";
$message.="Client Name: {$_REQUEST['client_name']}\n";
$message.="Pet's Name: {$_REQUEST['pet_name']}\n";
$message.="Reason for Visit: {$_REQUEST['reason_for_visit']}\n";
$message.="Doctor Preference: {$_REQUEST['doctor_preference']}\n";
$message.="Date Requested: {$_REQUEST['date_requested']}\n";
$message.="Approximate Time Requested: {$_REQUEST['appointment_time']}\n";
$message.="Telephone Number: {$_REQUEST['telephone_number']}\n";
mail("info@tbvet.com", "Subject: Appointment Request", $message, "From: appointments@tbvet.com" );
$submitmsg = true;
}
}

?>

<div id="content">
<form name="input" action="appointment_request_form.php" method="post">
<?php
if ($submitmsg) {
echo "<div id=\"thankyou\">Thank-you for your appointment request! We will do our best to accommodate you. Someone will be in contact with you to confirm your pet's appointment soon.</div>";
}

What is happening when you submit the form? We need to know what issue is happening.

Your recaptcha setup looks correct. Is the recaptcha even showing? What messages are you getting after submitting the form?
