What do you like/dislike about freelance websites?

Are there things that you particularly like or dislike about freelance websites?
I am developing similar website for a client and would like to know your feedback.

Odesk does a pretty good job but you might be able to beat them with offering more reliable and high end contractors. Your niche could be US based only, high quality screened contractors.
