my forum needs the works

my forum is an smf 2.o forum that is out of date. i cant fix the problem with an upgrade because of all the custom themes and changes we have made will be destroyed. plus i need some custom changes done too after the security fixes. i dont want to give too many details in case a hacker MIGHT be reading this.

i need some custom patches on this thing asap!!! i just think i should go custom with it from here.

some of the other custom changes i want are profile changes. the current profiles suck, i want to make them more so you can do it up like a personal website.

$1000-dollar range. Can go higher depending.

If that's not enough to work with, I'll pare the project down to just patching the security holes. It is an SMF 2.0 RC 3 forum that cannot be upgraded due to copious amounts of custom work already having been done including 5 custom themes, that would all be lost. Maybe that can give you an idea.

Thank you, a heads up I have stated that this is not a standard upgrade. The reason I am here is because my forum won't upgrade properly to begin with, or I'd have done it already over a month ago. I stand to lose thousands worth of custom modifications done and made for the site if I go with a standard upgrade so that is out of the question.
