Registration - User Verification doesn't show

Alright, so I have a forum that I built and it all works perfectly except registration. There is a center box after you put in a login, password, etc. that says : To keep away spam, please complete the following:

Only there's no box under that line that shows anything! Absolutely nothing in the code even says something about user verification, there's no options in the control panel that say anything about this either, I don't know where to go to fix this.

Tell me someone else has seen this and knows what button to push to make it happy?

You need to post the code for the registration.
you say "so I have a forum that I built". Why don't you know this?

I think this area is coded in php or something like it.
