I want to make a script. to load a different HTML in an i-frame, daily, by the date function.
Is this possible?

Also, wanted to know if it is possible to write .txt to HTML?
or would i need to use XML for that?

This sounds like what you want. You will need to make different pages for each day, but I assume they won't be too big anyway. It works in IE4+, NS6+, Opera and many other modern browsers.
