Uploading files to my email address

Hi.. I have a form that people can access to upload files to me as an email attachment. something like this

<INPUT TYPE=FILE NAME="FILE"> etc

Problem is my php for uploading the file doesn't work. Can somebody help me by telling me the correct php needed for somebody to submit a file and for it then to be emailed to my email address?
