Any suggestions for a good content management system? We need to redesign our university website, and it must be compliant with federal accessibility standards (section 508.)

The webserver is Windows 2000 running IIS. I don't think we will want to convert to Linux. Many of the free CMS seem to be geared toward Linux.

Price is definitely an issue. It would be nice to find a free CMS, but we might be willing to spend money on a good system.

Anyone have experience with a university or college website? That would be helpful.

I would appreciate any input.
Thanks.

I have done an MS Access driven college department website with faculty, student profiles; news; course description all updateable thru separate administration pages. The database can be adapted to a different front end.
I'm familiar with accessibility standards (though the aforementioned site was done some time ago and accessibility compliance was not among requirements). E-mail or PM me if you need more information.
