Web Design Business Names

So I've been pondering it a while, and I'm semi-certain I want to make it a point to make money off of my web design/programming. A few questions... first off, are there any legal limitations (USA) as far as making money off of web design? I know like you have to pay self-employment tax off of your profits.

Also I've been thinking about names, which I’m pretty much clueless about. My name is Lindsey Marshall. Which both marshalldesign.net and marshalldesign.com are taken. Any ideas on business names or slogans?

Any other ideas???
