Hey everyone. I am wanting to get into computers and have been wanting to for quite some time now. The only problem is I don't know anything about programming, codes, encrypting, or anything like that. I was just wondering if there is any way I could find a way to learn about it, and even start programming today. Do you need internet to program? because the only internet I have is my phone. I want to actually start writing programs and just ccan't afford school for it right now. Any advice would be helpful. Remember, I am like... Right out of the whom learning, so I have no clue what any of this stuff is. I can type really fast, and know my way around control panel, and I can find stuff, but other then that I don't know much. So beginner advice would be much appreciated.

Just starting out you need to learn HTML and later CSS. What each does can be seen in your browser. Learn them here http://www.w3schools.com/html/default.asp
and http://www.w3schools.com/css/default.asp to start.
My suggestion is to review your code in firefox.
You also need an editor. Do a search on google or go here http://webdesign.about.com/od/windowshtmleditors/tp/free-windows-editors.htm The editor is a personal choice so check them all out.
If you don't have internet access get a SAMS teach yourself book like html in 20 days.

use something like this site:
i suggest you start with vb.net
Everything you need to learn is on the web, start with HTML. There are plenty of good courses for free if you know where to look.

You can learn on the net or you could hire a tutor. The most powerful resource for a programmer is google.
