Can anyone give me or give a link to a free User Online script?

If you can find or know of a free site that hosts the user online script on there server please give me that link to!

*Note I only have support for php and not the other side servers.

By saying a user online script, do you mean a script that makes users for a site and grant them some permission? If so, you can send me an email and I can give my login script to you. It's not finished yet, but it'll be finished in 2 or 3 days!
