combine site login with phpbb forum login

I need someone to combine my website's facebook/google/site login so that it automatically logs you in on my phpbb forum.

So, basically, if you log into the site, and then go to the forum, your already logged into the forum. And if you go to the forum and try to log in, you can use your login from the site.

I believe thats 2 tasks? merging/relating the login databases, and changing some cookies so you can go between the forum and the main site and stay logged in.
