PHP/HTML programmer needed

i need a php/html programmer for my uploading website

Some of the tasks:
add a different page for image uploading
add a url uploading feature for the uploader
IF POSSIBLE.. i want members registration and login/logout feature but i dont want a mysql database or anything.. instead like if you can have a database in the ftp or something it will be better otherwise i dont want it

I would recommend Profile Manager Premium, which uses a flat text database.
