Hi,

Can Search engines read perl?

Most of my pages are generated using perl in my cgi-bin. I just wondered if I need to do doorway pages to compensate for the search engines not finding the pages.

thanks

Search engines can't read Perl, but the only thing that gets sent to the browser is HTML. Make sure your title and meta tags are in place and you should get some sort of recognition :)

They have more about it but I don't find it now. I *think* they don't like too many parameters and I **think** there was a way to tell googlebot it's OK to index more pages but I may be wrong about the last one.
