Realtor web site: How-to's...

Does anyone here have experience in developing a realtor's site? More specifically, does anyone have insight into how to tie the site into MLS and how to implement some sort of property management system?

ehomewise.com looks like they have a nice piece of software for the content(property) management, but I haven't found a lot regarding MLS.

the only sites i've seen that use the mls are using frames to incorporate the mls search into their own site.
