OK, fist tip: Don't put stuff ontop of your content, makes it hard to read.
Next: The flash isn't very good, remove or improve
Later: The buttons are the first thing I saw, and they are not lined up, and I don't see what they are there for anyway.
Others: Your a:hover style changes the size of the text in the announcments window, causing it to resize, not healthy
Again: The jutting out white on the right gave me a fright.
Finally: Where's the menu?

Your navigation buttons should change the cursor to a hand.

And as Doug said, the font size of your links changes size on hover... not a good thing to do.

Few more tips:
lose .::::. around your words - it just screams "immature geek" :D :thumbsup:
get rid of your "Download speed..." and "Best Viewed with" - it just says "I'm clueless"

The moving logo can get irritating, and the announcement box covers the body text in some pages. And I swear I saw the flash logo on some other site sometime. But overall it's not too bad.
