It's not bad, you could easily manage this layout without tables, but it's your choice, can I ask the relavence of the orange? besides the colors? or is that it.

Also, I think the navigation block could look a little better, perhaps you can use the same font as the header for the word 'menu' and make that an image as well.
Maybe as well, a thicker orange border to match the header graphic.
I also think that you should space those dots away from the navigation text, just to clear things up, AND use list items for it instead of a paragraph and line breaks, it will make it alot easier for you.

I'd suggest that you would increase the width of the menu, it would make it seem more spacious. Further the "::"'s around menu items aren't very pretty. Otherwise, I like it.

I presume that the site evolved around the logo? That may explain the fact that the page is mainly orange.

Thanks for the feedback

The :: I have been getting mixed feedback from that, a lot like them and a lot don't I will do more research into that, and I came up with the colour scheme and layout first, and then used the orange in the logo to tie in with the colour schemer.

I agree, you should definitly look into doing that. It would be a snap.

How do I go about it without tables?

Divs?

Yes.
Here is a little illustration that shows the box model: http://brainjar.com/css/positioning/

You will need to implement CSS for the divs in order to get the display correct, but divisions and CSS make for much better layout usage.

Very Clean... I think you should set the menu more to the left. that empty space there seems strange to me.
