Can I dynamically change a text color when it goes through this attached image or div,(it does not matter)?
I know how to change a color; however, I don’t know what conditions I need here. Is there a way to do it?

here is the link:

My idea is : to make text red when it is on the top of blue div but I have no idea how to achieve it.
Once text is out of the blue div region, I want it be black again.

Do you have some code to view or a link to visit?
It appears that you forgot the attachment.

I do not know of any way to control the text color within the "blue" area with JS.

Since there is no JS in your script, you might try posting to the CSS section of this forum.
I don't know if it will help, but at least it is something to try!
