include files in a cmd line launched script

I'm launching a script using the cmd function. I have an include line in it but the code is that block isn't executing...do I have to do something special with a cmd line launched script or does it just not support includes?

Nope, nothing special.
Check your path though, DOCUMENT_ROOT cannot be used in a CLI environment. Also, GET, POST, COOKIE, etc also have no value, so you have to use argv instead.
