I think there should be a sub-forum in the PHP forum where users can post scripts that they have written like in the Javascript forum.

Already been discussed. I personally am for it. I've written several good ASP scripts that could probably be of use to other people but don't have any where to stick them. I think it could work out well, just have one forum for all languages initially. I'd even volunteer to moderate/manage it; I have some ideas on how to get it to work out.

But it is all up to George to decide if he wants to add it.

Yes it is up to George, after all, he owns this site, eh!?
