Video professor: Rip-off or legit?

Their site claims all you pay is shipping and handling (roughly $6-7). Is there a catch? Are there hidden fees or are they simply 2-3 hrs of useless tutorials?

Specifically, I'm looking into purchasing the win98 cd for my mom.

Ha, I saw this on comercial last night. Anywho, I would assume they are legit since they have been around for 6yrs. However, I have never experienced them. I would assume that since it is only the trial version that is free that it would be incomplete. The actual tutor stuff costs some money, either that or they are banking on you going back to them for more help.
