jQuery with windows 8?

Hi.

I don't know if anyone here has downloaded the dev edition of windows 8 yet (it was released last night 5:00p, est)

I am trying to get jquery to work, but it just wont... I tried simple stuff, but I was hoping someone here knew how.

How does JavaScript (which jQuery basically is) have anything to do with the operating system? If at all then it’s the browser that makes trouble.

Windows 8 metro allows you to build applications with it's app store and then sell them on their store as an application, not as a web page.
