shwoing video file on my site

I bought a video from themeforest.net to be displayed on my site. But I dont know how to put that on. There are several files working together and it is suposed to display the texts I want in it also. My coder told me I should find someone who knows adobe aftereffects. It is about a 10 second video file. It has sound files too. i have other websites too. if i am happy with price and performance, i will have occasional future work for you.

What are the media file types? .wma, .mp3, .avi, .mpeg, etc. ?

I can insert multiple Windows Media Players in to a page, each with a select list, including a "Play All," option.

It's cross-browser, tested in IE and FF.
