the page is located at cashraffle.org and it shows up fine in firefox and chrome with minor problems in the text alignment but in IE its totally off due to a table pushing the contents off to the side. I used the table to keep the footer from coming up to the top. Could you please help me clean up the code?

Try fixing your coding errors (http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=cashraffle.org&charset=%28detect+automatically%29&doctype=Inline&group=0)if you want cross browser compliance.

IE needs its own CSS file. Use IE's Conditional Comments (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms537512.aspx) to direct to IE only CSS.
