justame, the link worked for me, (IE6, hehe).
cli, first off, try changing your DOCTYPE to this:
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN">
Then run your code through a validator:
http://validator.w3.org/
NS is not so forgiving as IE if it finds errors.
