some paintshop functionality

Looking for this.
In PS you press CTRL+T on new layer. 9 handles appears an then you can stretch/rotate/move that layer. Looking just for that stretch & rotate functionality with dotted/dashed retangle outline.
That is, there should be 8 handles on rectangle boundarys and then rectangle should be rotated & stretched via those points.
& moved via nineth center point.

Any that kind of js outthere ?

Stretching and cropping images is easy in most any browser. For rotating, you'll have to use Canvas, which doesn't work in older MSIE.

Got me wrong. Just need the rotating & stretching & moving rectangle via handles. Nothing to do with images.
Anything outthere already done ?

<shrug>Same thing. Images or rectangles or whatever. Have to use Canvas to rotate.

Not bad. Don't think much of the way they expand/shrink. But the rotation is clean enough.
