Hi,

I have the index page of my site which is a frameset.

I wonder if I preload images needed in each frame section, will those images be available in the different linked pages ??

Thanks in advance.;)

The simple answer is yes. Once a file is loaded by your browser it is then in your machine's cache and will load much faster the next time you reference it, even from a different page.

Yes,

The simple answer is yes...

the more complicated answer would be to make sure you're not pre-loading a TON of images, or a few very large images.

If your site takes too long to load, it'll turn people off immediately, and they'll leave.

Make sure you're only pre-loading the necessary images - and try to keep them on the small side (IE - Little images, like buttons that link to other pages)
