Auto run CD

Does anyone know how to make a auto run cd? I have made a website on a cd and I would like it to open and run as soon as it is placed in the cd rom drive.

My mission is to send this to all my family members and as soon as they put the cd rom into there cd rom drive, the offline website will run automatically.

Can anyone help me with this?
