Need to bump up text and have the entire line & graphic/button centered

I need to have the red text "Call Today for a FREE estimate! 1-888-888-8888 or 1-888-888-8888" bumped up a bit to be in line vertically with the blue chat now button. In the html file, the code is:

I've tried editing the style on the red text (the head_title) in the css, the span style on the red text, the css on the button... nothing is moving JUST the red text up. Any suggestions?

You want it to line at the TOP of the button? Right now it looks centered to the button.

Also I dont see a span tag around this text.

If you add:

margin-bottom: 25px;

to the .call class, that will move the red text up.
