Contact form issue with site

Hi all,

Hoping someone can point me in the right deirection with an issue i have.

I have just changed my hosting company and simply downloaded my site from the old server and uploaded it to the new server. It all worked fine but the contact form does not seem to be sending the to my email address.

Any help would be great!
