alignment problems using %

I'm designing a site with the table width set at 100%. I usually use pixels so I have more control of how things look but this design needs to use percentages... Anyway my problem is with a single image "rounded_marble.jpg". When I first load the page this image (which is alligned right) is 15 pixels or so from the right of the screen. The wierd part is after I refresh the page the image does align itself all the way to the right. Check you what I'm talking about...

Any ideas why it doesn't to align right the first time the page loads, and how can I get it to?
