Floating Window Dreamweaver?

I am trying to get the Floating Window Style in my Website as a template. A member helped make me a template that is what I was looking for but I am having positioning issues. Thanks

I updated the website and still have alignment issues:
Please see attachment the footer is blending into the border. The text is shifted to the right. I use dreamweaver and it showed it perfect in Live View. I don't understand what I am doing wrong. Thanks

It's issue beause your inner container is wider than its parent container... Try to adjust with padding/margin/width :)
