JQuery not displaying

Hello,

I'm building a site using HTML+CSS+JQuery, it works perfectly so far on all browsers but Explorer, can you help me finding out why?

It is also validated on w3.

Please, test it on a browser other than Internet Explorer and then on Internet Explorer. The rotating banner won't display and the menu turns insanily slow on IE.

You seem to be loading jQuery twice:

<script src="http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.3.2/jquery.min.js" type="text/javascript"></script>
<script src="js/jqbanner.js" type="text/javascript"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="js/jquery-1.3.1.min.js"></script>


and very old versions at that. Start by getting rid of both of these and using:

https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.6.2/jquery.min.js

instead.
