Hovering over link I can see URL, but can't click through!?

At our new site, the sub-level navigation menu (Menu, Apps, Soups & Salads, Burgers, etc...) has an issue:

When you hover over the links you can see the URL where it should take you, but clicking gets you nowhere. What the heck is going on?

The not changing page problem is in your Javascript (links work fine with Javascript disabled, with the exception of 'burgers' where menu is spelled mneu on the breakfast page). I have no experience with JQuery, though, so I'm afraid I can't help you with that.
