why are the list items in my menu indented?

I made this dynamic sidebar for Wordpress, and when I put it in the page template only, the list items in each widget become indented. The same sidebar in a different template does not indent. What causes this? I would like them to sit left aligned to the edge like the headings.

I'd also like the dotted bottom border to extend the width of the 150px sidebar.

oops! thesam it looks like that code update has now misaligned other lists on my website - http://www.sterlingshadows.com.au/shop/mirrored-boulder-ring/
