Swc o Swf for my Mobile Project?

i must load one Object with Animation that i create in Flash Cs5.5.

which Method is Correct or most performance?

Load Swf, load Swc or another methods?

i'm doing a Mobile Project

You should create SWF's for things that need to be loaded during runtime and SWC's for things that need to be available for design time
