on this page (http://www.carwashworld.com), when you hover over the "Products" link in the top-most navigation bar, you'll notice the drop-down menu is a little jumpy when you try and click on any of the items. Moving the mouse over the drop-down menu tends to make it disappear and it takes a couple attempts to get the menu to stay.

how do i get the drop-down to be easier to click on?

please advise. thanks in advance.

take out the top: 38px;

top: 0;
padding-top: 38px;

____

38px space of "content" which is not part of the drop down menu, if use used top: 38px; therefore you are hovering over the content

i changed it to top:0 but that creates a problem, as you can see now, if you hover over Products, the dropdown appears over Products and not below it where it should be.

please advise.

well yes, that's how i want it to appear, but it's still very jumpy and so the original problem is not solved when I view it in Chrome . it should be a smooth hover when you move the mouse down from Product into the menu but the menu disappears.

and now there's a second problem. if you look at it in firefox, the menu appears over the Product heading. see attachment.

please advise.

try changing it to top: 33-34px (height of "product"), then setting a padding of 3-4px to achieve the space.
