Hey

I've been working on this for quite some time now in my spare time and want to know what others think of the design and usability. This is not a typical website, this is more of a javascript application, or environment for other little tools. I have made some small apps to test it out so far. Also, I know it does not work in IE or Opera, this is because of a script load event problem. Please use Chrome or Firefox. Anyway, what do you think?

Keep in mind this is still uber beta. If there are any errors please tell me. Also it requires a lot of crap to load at the beginning.

Thanks!

Usability and javascript are two terms which don't generally go together well. Haven't assessed the site personally as that's a bit hard without javascript enabled. Is there actually a valid reason for it being dependant upon JS, or is it just because you can use JS?

well, pretty much just for fun and because I could.
I wanted to see what was possible with javascript and DOM. I pretty much made this all while I learned how to use JS for real projects. And some of the stuff I made I thought might be useful to others so I put it online.

I can see how it would be hard to review the site with no JS enabled. The site is almost 100% made in javascript. haha

You have a number of coding errors. See them here:

http://validator.w3.org/check?charset=(detect+automatically)&doctype=Inline&group=0&uri=http://www.infinimous.com/tool/index.html

Once the problems are corrected, your site might be more widely viewable.

Ah, that's different then. Didn't realise it was a pet project type site. Aye, browsing without JS does make checking sites like that out a tad awkward. :D Best of luck with your site and coding, btw. :)
